Named in honor of Derreck Lamont Burnett Sr., our space carries the legacy of a man defined by love, strength, and selflessness. On June 26, 2021, Derreck lost his life in an act of heroism, using his final moments to ensure the safety of someone he loved.

His courage, his heart, and his spirit live on through every moment created within these walls.
